Comments:

it's a great product, but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. My Saris broke and the company was not willing to replace it free of charge. they would only give me a discount on purchasing a new one. so i am driving around with a broken Saris which doesn't let me open the rear door of my SUV.

Took a while to set it up for mu Subaru Imprezza hatchback, but it's so much easier at the end of many miles of trail riding to lift my bike onto my hatch versus the old-fashioned way of lifting it on my roof rack! My back and very tired arms thank you, Saris, for an affordable and easy way to transport my 29er.

I purchased the 3 bike rack for my new SUV. I like the slope when adding multiple bikes, less likely to rub against each other. The unit is light and very easy to install. The tilt feature is nice and use it regularly. Absolutely no issues. I also bought a loading bar for my wife's bike and it's perfect. Saris makes good quality equipment.

Bought this rack today for my new bikes. Setup was fairly easy, some tools are needed. On the way home the rack did sway quite a bit, but no harm done.

            Comments:

Be warned - the positioning of the arms requires a certain top tube length for your bike to fit. 1) no step through bikes, which is the same for any bike rack like this. 2) at least 48cm top tube - some of those XS frames wont have the front-back length to fit on here. If you meet those criteria, this rack is great. Its light weight, the arms fold down out of the way when not in use, bikes fit securely, and if you tighten the bolt at the bottom there is very little wobble. I replaced a 10yr old Yakima rack with this and have been using it consistently for 2 years without any issues.

            Comments:

The arms won't range to allow for ease of positioning bikes. The hitch attachment is not stable. I can't fit my heavier bike at the back of the car bc of inability of the arms to be repositioned. The bikes wobble the entire time we are driving. Very disappointed in this hitch rack.
